Wifeish connects successful households with exceptional professionals who create more time, freedom and capacity — a private concierge for the life you've built.
Wifeish is built around four core markets, with a private office based in Miami. Every search is private and tailored to your household:
Miami, Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Tampa and Orlando — our home base, and our deepest market.
See Florida →Dallas, Austin and Houston — households across the state's fastest-growing cities.
See Texas →Nashville and the surrounding area, staffed with the same discretion as anywhere else we work.
See Tennessee →Atlanta and its growing suburbs — a market built on quiet, consistent standards.
See Georgia →Outside these four states? Reach out — we're growing, and can often still help.
Success creates its own kind of weight. The more responsibility you carry, the more valuable your time becomes — and the more it costs you to spend it on the wrong things.
Wifeish exists for people who have already achieved a great deal: entrepreneurs, executives, creators and families who understand that a well-run home isn't a luxury on top of a successful life. It's part of the infrastructure that allows a successful life to function.
We believe a well-supported home creates capacity for everything else — the work you're building, the family you're raising, the life you actually want to be present for.
Exceptional relationships are built on trust, not transactions. That's why every introduction we make is designed to become a long-term relationship, not a short-term transaction.
Every search is bespoke. We don't send out lists of available candidates — we undertake a tailored search based on the specific needs of your household.
A private conversation to understand your household, your standards and what ease actually looks like for you.
We identify a small number of exceptional professionals matched to your household, not a database of candidates.
You meet a considered shortlist. No volume, no pressure — only people we would place in a home like yours.
We support the relationship as it begins, so it's built to become a long-term fit, not a short-term fix.
Every household operates differently. We help identify the right level of support, whether that's a housekeeper, a house assistant, a household manager or a more specialized professional.
Oversees the smooth, seamless running of your home — staff, schedules, vendors and standards.
Manages the details of a full life — calendars, travel, personal projects — with discretion and precision.
Sits between housekeeping and household management — day-to-day upkeep, errands and personal touches that keep a home effortless.
Maintains the home to an exceptional standard, with the discretion and consistency a private household requires.
From estate and property oversight to specialized needs — additional professionals matched to the rhythm of your household.
A $1,000 non-refundable deposit starts your search, credited toward your placement fee. The placement fee is 20% of your hire's projected first-year wage, with a $4,000 minimum. You'll know the exact number before you commit to anything. And if we haven't found the right candidate within 8 weeks, you can request a refund of your search fee — full terms are set out in your engagement contract.
Every candidate starts with reference verification, identity checks, and a full employment history review. Once you extend a conditional offer, we run a full background check — SSN trace, criminal record checks, sex offender registry screening, and a driving record check where relevant.
If your placement doesn't work out within 90 days of their start date, we'll search again at no additional charge. One replacement search per placement.
Not for placement, but the Wifeish Home OS™ is built for exactly this — it gives any household manager, new or existing, the systems and structure to actually run your home well from day one.
We're focused on four core states — Florida, Texas, Tennessee and Georgia — with a private office based in Miami. If you're outside these states, reach out anyway; we're growing and can often still help.
In practical terms, yes — we place domestic staff and household professionals, the same category of role a traditional staffing agency covers. Where we differ is process: we don't maintain a database of available candidates to send out. Every search starts with a private consultation and is built around your specific household, not a job listing.
